A bridge between theory and reality
We are designers, so we have the capacity to take abstract ideas and turn them into workable solutions. But making sure those are the right solutions and they are implemented successfully requires another set of skills.
That is why we see an important part of our role is to act as a focus for different work streams or departments. In this way, we bring together ideas and priorities to form a central brief or programme. We recognise that explaining the process and achieving buy-in at every stage is also key. So we select our people for their excellent communication skills as well as their design talent.
